Christmas, A Must

So soon the year ends
But our troubles just began
As the devil plans to take innocent lives
At the very tail of the year...

The roll is called up yonder
As all wanderers come home to celebrate
What Christians and pagans see as a must
To wish well wishers, loved ones and enemies
A merry Christmas...

It will never be a mega celebration
Without a 31st all night to climax activities
Where church goers go to ask for forgiveness
Of the sins yet to be carried out.

Drinking spots, pubs, motels are filled to capacity
The very first day of the new year
Meanwhile, churches were filled the day before...
Lift your glasses up as we drink off our problems!!!

Merry Christmas and a prosperous new year to you!
