Police Man And The 2boys

A man passed by two boys who were playing, and the first boy told his friend that I know this man "he is a Nigerian" the second boy told the first boy "u ar lying he is not a Nigerian". they keep arguing until policeman man came to them to find out why two boys are busy arguing. the police man asked. " why ar u fighting? " first boy answered . a man just pass and I said he is a Nigerian and my friend say he is not Nigerian. the policeman ask first boy " why did u say the man is Nigerian?

I know him, He came from Nigeria. " The policeman then ask the second boy " why were u saying the man was not Nigerian? the second boy answered "when my friend said the man is a Nigerian and I look at the Man back, I didn't see any sign like 419 ,Fraud stares, Drugs dealer, ets. that is why I said the man is not Nigerian.

The policeman then said yes u ar right. if u failed to see all these sign with a man never say he is Nigerian
