Accra, Dec. 29, GNA - The penultimate trading on the Ghana Stock Exchange (GSE) for the year ended on a quiet note on Thursday as only one equity saw a change in price. The GSE All-Share Index, the main stock gauge, gained 0.02 points to close trading at 4,751.45 points while change for the year remained the same at -30.11 per cent.
Total shares traded closed lower at 67,900 from Wednesday's 153,600 shares.
Market capitalisation moved up to 91,810.72 billion cedis from 91,810.68 billion cedis. On the broader market, there was only one price change - a one cedi gain by Aluwworks at 5,003 cedis.
