Toyota Ghana puts customer care at centre of operation

Kumasi, Sept 20, GNA - Toyota Ghana Company Limited, which deals in the sale, distribution of new Toyota vehicles and after sales support, has put customer at the heart of its operations.

Mr. Takuya Kajiura, the Managing Director, said it would go the extra mile to ensure that their expectations were met.

He added that the company would continue to create the opportunity for them to share their concerns and to get these promptly addressed.

He was speaking at a day's training workshop organized in Kumasi for garage operators.

The one-day programme was held under the theme 'Sustaining the garages' business through winning customers' trust'.

The garages have been providing vehicle maintenance service for Toyota cars that are out of warranty and older models.

Mr. Kajiura gave the assurance that these would be supplied with genuine parts and aided to adopt best practices, to efficiently perform.

The garages would also be assisted to build the capacity and become equipped with the relevant skills to handle customer complaints and establish good rapport to win their confidence and trust.

He said their goal was to help the automobile industry to operate more smoothly.

The event was used to recognize some of the garages for distinguished performance.

They included Mawuli Services, Mbrom East Total Service Station, and Amoh Auto Works.
