Presiding judge in the case involving Rosemond Brown popularly known Akuapem Poloo has spoken on her 90days jail term handed to the actress.
According to Her Honor Mrs. Christiana Cann, the socialite’s sentence was to serve as a deterrent to young ladies who have taken on nudity as a way of life.
Mrs. Cann stated that due to the current surge in ladies taking on the nudity as a way of life is disturbing hence the sentencing of Akuapem Poloo to serve as a deterrent to these ladies.
This seems to be a good turn decision and a warning to behold as disgruntled worker of the Media Generale Abena Korkor who posted an almost naked photo on her social media handle has deleted it.
Meanwhile Akuapem Poloo who was charged with the publication of obscene materials which caught the eye of the Child Rights International after she posted a nude photo of herself and her son last year.
She was sentenced to 90 days in jail on last Friday.
