Robert Joseph Mettle-Nunoo, Rojo as he is affectionately called, has filled his witness statement in support of the petition filed by former president John Mahama challenging the credibility of the 2020 elections.
Rojo Mettle-Nunoo was one of the representatives of the National Democratic Congress in the Electoral Commission’s Strong room during the results collation.
He represented candidate Mahama with Dr. Kpessah-Whyte who was the petitioner’s second witness.
Mr. Mettle-Nunoo filed his witness statement on February 4, 2021 and will be cross-examined ny lawyers of the first and second respondents and sittings resume on Friday, February 5, 2021.
The cross-examination of the second witness for the petitioner, Dr. Kpessah-White ended on Wednesday, February 3, 2021and sittings were adjourned to Friday February 5, 2021.
