Leaders everywhere face challenges and key among their challenges is the Sanballat's and the Tobias who always have nothing to do about a situation but keep inciting other followers of the shortfalls of the leadership and further heighten tensions between camps.
The NPP under its commitment in the education sector introduced Free SHS and this shot up the numbers in our High Schools hence giving birth to one of the brilliant ideas the sector has ever used as an interim measure to handle the numbers, the Double Track System.
The government has since been committed to seeing the program successfully run while putting in place better infrastructure to offset the deficit and to roll back to the original system.
Yesterday in his address to the nation, the President of the Republic of Ghana, His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo announced that the double-track will not apply in the cases of SHS 1 and 3 students while further measures are being taken to also remove SHS 2 students from the program.
This can only be vision-based and pragmatic. This is possible because the government is committed in building over a thousand supporting facilities in our schools. Facilities such as accommodation, classrooms, and other halls for special purposes.
The entire nation knows that Akufo-Addo came with a vision and it is a vision he will see completed for he is discipline and honest in his dealings.
As we say BYE BYE to double track, we will see more drastic changes and serious development in our economy; the second term of Nana Addo's administration will usher Ghana to a new pedestal never seen before in the annals of this country.
God Bless Ghana, Nana Addo, and the NPP.
