Ghanaian attacker Emmanuel Oti Essigba is hoping Esbjerg can find their rhythm to cause the upset by overcoming Brøndby in the Danish Super League on Sunday.
Esbjerb has endured a difficult start to the campaign, having recorded just a single win in five games.
John Lammers' side will go into their matchday 6 clash against Brøndby as underdogs following their opponent's superb form in the league. Brøndby have picked three wins, one loss and a draw - which has propelled them to 4th on the standings.
But Emmanuel Oti believes they can return from the Brøndby Stadion with a positive result should they find their rhythm.
"It will be a difficult match because Brøndby have started the season very well but football is full of surprises hence we cannot feel defeated before we kick a ball.
"We didn't begin well but we feel very confident now especially after our last game against Sonderjyske. Everyone is charged for the game so we'll go there with a positive mentality."
The 21-year-old played an instrumental role in their win over Sonderjyske last week and will be expected to keep his place in the starting line-up.
Esbjerg occupy 11th spot on the league standings with 5 points after five games.
