Edwin Gyimah has grown increasingly  frustrated over continuous failed attempt to command a regular playing time in the Black Stars.

Gyimah, 25 has made a single appearance in two years for the Black Stars.

The recently released Orlando Pirates versatile man has revealed he's frustrated over the situation.

'I have been working very hard at Club level and even at training anytime I come to the Black Stars,' he told Accra-based Kasapa FM.

'You know not everyone can start in the team, sometimes I wished to play but the Coach has his own reasons.

'But anyone close to the team will admit I work very hard, I think that is the main reason why I still keep earning call-ups.'

Gyimah has been vilified in the West African nation over his consistent call-up into the Black Stars.

Critics argue he lack the quality to represent the country at the international level.

But former Black Stars coach Avram Grant constantly kept faith with their former Wa All Stars defender despite criticism.
