The Chief Executive Officer of Ashgold Kudjo Fianoo says it is too early in the season to declare Asante Kotoko the uncrowned champions.
To him, declaring Kotoko winners is premature taking into account the number of matches remaining to close the chapter of the 2011/12 season.
'It is football, and anything can happen. Let's be patient, at least for now and see what happens. Who thought United could dislodge City in the EPL? Kotoko is not home and dry yet,' he said in an interview on Happy FM.
Kotoko are currently on the summit with 41 points after 19 games with eleven more to go.
Accra Hearts of Oak, Berekum Chelsea, Aduana SC, All Stars, New Edubiase and Ashgold follow with 32, 30, 29, 29, 29, and 29 respectively.
He revealed that he has declared a nine-point operation after which he will plot to ensure that Ashgold finish among the first four.
