Osei Twente switch delays
Ghana youth international Ransford Osei is expected in Ghana on Friday night to secure a work permit that will finalize his move to Eredivisie side Twente Enschede from Maccabi Haifa.
He will miss the opening weekend of the league due to the Dutch Embassy in Accra's inability to complete the process in time.
Osei signed a one-year loan deal with Steve McClaren's side on Thursday after passing a medical the day before.
He could extend his stay for two years if he impresses.
The 19-year-old client of super agent Pini Zahavi is confident of enjoying more playing with the Uefa Champions League candidates.
Twente Enschede hold the aces to qualify to the Group stage after drawing goalless at Sporting Portugal on Wednesday.
