GPL Week 14: Striker Agyenim Boateng nets brace for Dreams FC in 3-1 win against Aduana Stars

Clinical striker Agyenim Boateng netted a brace for Dreams FC on Monday afternoon to propel the side to thump Aduana Stars 3-1 in the Ghana Premier League.

The Dawu-based club today hosted the team from Dormaa at the Theatre of Dreams to feature in a game serving as a matchday 14 encounter of the 2021/22 Ghanaian top-flight league season.

Following an intense first half display, Dreams FC went into the break with a narrow lead courtesy of a strike from Agyenim Boateng in the 44^th minute.

The forward after recess stayed sharp in the attack of the home team and netted his second of the afternoon in the 75^th minute.

Now in control of the game, Dreams FC capitalised on the frustrations of Aduana Stars and scored a third through an effort from Samuel Boakye.

Although Bright Adjei will in the final minutes of the game equalize to give the visitors a consolation, it could not earn the side any point.
