Bismark Kobby Mensah, head coach of Karela United, has said sharing spoils with Asante Kotoko is disappointing.

The Nzema based side hosted league leaders in the matchday four games at the CAM Park on Sunday.

However, the Porcupine Warriors despite losing Richard Boadu in the game held the home side to a 1-1 draw game.

Speaking to the press after the game, Kobby Mensah expressed his frustrations for losing two points but lauded his players for putting up a good fight against the Reds.

"I am disappointed with the results because we dominated the game and possessed the game and I was expecting that we win on top of that," he said after the game.

"I said before the game that Asante Kotoko are not a special club and they are beatable and that was exactly what we wanted to do but we could not but I am pleased with how my players.

"We will go back to the drawing board and ensure we win our next game," the young gaffer added.

The results leave Karela United sit 10th on the league log with 6 points.
