Ghanaian international Godsway Donyoh provided an assist while in action for Dynamo Dresden today as the side drew 2-2 against VfL Osnabruck in the German 2. Bundesliga.

The two teams were in action this afternoon at the Rudolf Harbig Stadion to honour a date on the final day of the 2019/2020 football season.

Having started very well, Dynamo Dresden that played as the home team took the lead after just 23 minutes of play. Winger Godsway Donyoh displayed good attacking qualities as he assisted Marco Terrazzino to find the back of the net.

That goal separated the two sides at halftime before Patrick Schmidt equalized on the 59th minute to double the lead for the Dresden-based club.

Despite impressing, the home team could not hold on to the advantage with VfL Osnabruck scoring twice through Anas Ouahim and Niklas Schmidt to ensure the match ended in a draw.

In line with the result, Godsway Donyoh and his Dynamo Dresden side have been relegated from the German 2. Bundesliga.

The Ghanaian who joined from FC Nordsjaelland in January will play with his teammates in the German 3. Bundesliga next season.
