Former Central Regional Chairman of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Bernard Kojo Allotey Jacobs has supported Michael Okyere Baafi's campaign to unseat incumbent Member of Parliament for New Juaben South, Mark Assibey-Yeboah, ahead of the NPP primaries which is slated for April this year.
According to several reports in the constituents, Michael Okyere Baafi is lacing his boot to unseat the New Patrioic Party (NPP) Member of Parliament (MP) for New Juaben South constituency in the Eastern Region, Dr. Mark Assibey-Yeboah.
Allotey Jacobs says Michael Okyere Baafi is loved by the NPP grass-root and he believes he is very competent to explore other opportunities and networks to create economic opportunities for the constituency.
” I have known Michael Okyere Baafi for a long time and I have never doubted his competence am supporting him to win the NPP primaries in the New Juaben South constituency,” Bernard Kojo Allotey exclusively told Lawyer Ohene Gyan on ‘Pae Mu Ka’ on Accra-based Kingdom FM 107.7
The Constituency has seen a lot of the activities led by Michael Kofi Okyere Baafi lately with the most projects in his quest to unseat Mark Assibey-Yeboah who is currently having misunderstandings with some NPP party executives within the constituency.
Some executives of the NPP in the region, have already declared their support for the Free Zones boss to stand for the New Juaben South seat.
