Accra, Feb. 28, GNA - The Ministry of the Interior on Tuesday said Monday, March 06, should be observed as a Public Holiday.
A statement signed by Papa Owusu Ankoma, the Minister of the Interior, said "the general public is reminded that Monday, 6th March 2006, Independence Day, is a Statutory Public Holiday and should be observed as such throughout the country."
