The Sawla-Tuna-Kalba District NaBCo Secretariat with the support of District Assembly has trained about 41 NABCo trainees as field agents for the upcoming National digital addressing system.
The District NABCO Coordinator, Mr. Soale Adams Alele, addressing the NaBCo Trainees elaborates on the need to take the exercise serious.
He said, the digital property addressing system which is a nationwide exercise has NaBCo been central in executing the projects in collaboration with the MMDAs, including their decentralized department of Town and Country Planning and other major stakeholders.
According to him, the project will increase access to Ambulance Services and Effective Security service and surveillance as well as increase Revenue Mobilization.
It is envisaged that, the project will help in modernizing Cities, Towns & Villages. Mr. Soale admonished the field agents to be serious with NDPAS project as it will add to the vast work experience. More so, their names will go down in the history book as key actors in ensuring the realization of project.
He was quick to acknowledge that, the only challenge is the raining season, but contingency measures have been put in place.
The Sawla Tuna Kalba District Coordinating Director,Mr. Bofo Ahmed Haruna in an interview says,the digital property addressing system will enable us for easy location of houses and areas when the need arises, he added that, the field agents trained, will be going to the various community to gather data for the digital property addressing system.

Some of the trainees express excitement of making history of the national digital property system as being first train personals and also having the chance to be exposed to other works. The exercise will begin in the ending of this Third quarter and conclude in the Fourth quarter of the year 2019.
