Let That Simpering Fool Prove Agyarko’s Threat To Ofori-Atta

The self-ingratiating fool came at me like the congenital cretin that he impudently projected himself to be. I could have predicted it. But, of course, I am much too savvy to be facilely drawn down to his irreparable level of abject savagery; that troglodyte! First, the goat-turd licking SOB claimed that I had insulted former President John Agyekum-Kufuor by calling him “a lame-duck President.” Whatever happened to the teaching of critical thinking and context clues in Ghanaian public grammar and secondary schools these days? If that clinical buffoon were not the irredeemable clown that I readily identified him to be, the very first thing he would have done would have been to Google search the name of the former President and the target of his diarrheal and scatological verbal assault. Then he would have learned to his utter embarrassment – that is, hypothetically assuming that he has the slightest streak or spark of civility in him – that yours truly has written and published more articles and columns than any operative of the inveterate and pathologically intransigent anti-Akufo-Addo faction of the New Patriotic Party. Anyway, where was this rat-eating SOB when Brig.-Gen. Joseph Nunoo-Mensah went after then-President Agyekum-Kufuor in the salacious matter of the allegedly Kufuor-fathered twins by the Iraqi-born Arab woman? Fool, since you asked for it, I will not disappoint. I answer sharply to my name: What is a “Kantanka” to an Okoampa-Agyeman of Akyem-Asiakwa? You can ask about me from Manhyia and Nkoranza. Now, let's get it on!

Now, don't let any fufu-head, wishy-washy NPP partisan write to me yapping about the need to close ranks in order to ensure that “our party” (Excuse Me?!) clinches a resounding victory in Election 2020. The fact of the matter, as my globally famous, celebrated and immortalized African Literature Professor, Mr. Chinua Achebe, used to say, is that: “I don't suffer fools gladly.” For me, not even in the name of the cohesiveness of a party for which I have a lot of sympathy but to which I thoroughly do not belong and will never belong. That is my inalienable democracy choice, and I intend to religiously hold on to the same in perpetuity. I cannot sleep under the same partisan roof with irredeemable scam-artists and character assassins. I am too big, civilized and old for that. You see, when that fleering Bastard and Simpering Son of a Whore decided to take me on without provocation – at least not directly – he ought to have first thought about party unity. But then, again, what does a goat has in common with an Akyemkwaa, Owusu-Akyem-Tenten Nana of Adadientem? Besides, we handily trounced this Son of Stale Fufu or “Fufufi” and his snot-assed hoodlum pack of benighted ethnic chauvinists and moral reprobates, in spite of their systematically calculated and orchestrated internecine nihilism, not because of the same. And you bet, we are hell-bent on annihilating their demonic and maniacal shenanigans and treacherous tactics come December 2020. I mean, how did Mr. Boakye Agyarko, all of a sudden, become the Drum-Major for the anti-Akufo-Addo faction of the New Patriotic Party? Actually, treacherous shills of the National Democratic Congress?!

Anyway, in this very brief rejoinder, I intend to strictly stick to the bare-bone issues, which is that, somehow, in some way, the dismissed Energy Minister was given the boot by Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo primarily because Mr. Boakye Agyarko posed a deadly threat to the purportedly vaulting political ambitions of the Finance Minister, to wit, Mr. Kenneth Kuntunkununku Ofori-Atta. Well, I invite those fanatical shills for Mr. Boakye Agyarko to compare the academic and professional credentials of these two personalities, institutions attended and achievements notched on the ground, as it were. Then draw up the balance sheet of achievements, status and stature and publish the results for all to see and evaluate for ourselves. Couple the preceding with Columbia University's naming of Mr. Ofori-Atta once as one of the Ten Most Influential Young Global Entrepreneurs and see what further results. The fact of the matter, which scandalous but quite predictable, heel-lapping fanatics like that urchin by the rather nondescript and jaded generic name of “Osafo Kantanka” (Apologies to those of the same name with their integrity intact) may be too daft to fully appreciate is that being one of five or six Vice-Presidents of one of the legion local branches of the Bank of New York is scarcely synonymous with being THE VICE-PRESIDENT OF THE BANK OF NEW YORK. But then, what can any levelheaded citizen do about demented naked mendicants in the streets? I suppose there is a tinge of destiny in all this.

You see, my mission, or rather objective, here is not to administer shock therapy to any born fools and idiots: that one is the duty of the parents of Mr. “Osafo Kantanka” and Dr. Osei, the National Psychiatrist-General. Rather, my mission here is to call for the presentation of all the forensically provable facts or demonstrable pieces of evidence pointing to the alleged threat which Mr. Boakye Agyarko supposedly posed to the febrile political ambitions of Mr. Ofori-Atta, as a result of which President Akufo-Addo was forced to expel Mr. Boakye Agyarko from his cabinet. We also significantly note that we never heard of any stentorian snarls about Mr. Yaw Osafo-Maafo's posing any danger or fatal threat to the political comfort or authority and influence of then-President John Agyekum-Kufuor, or even the latter's widely rumored favorite political steed, to wit, Mr. Alan John Kwadwo Kyerematen, in the wake of the mnemonically indelible humiliating expulsion of the only Akyem-Kotoku native in the Kufuor cabinet. We must also promptly add that Mr. Osafo-Maafo was arguably the most astute and dynamic Kufuor cabinet appointee. Trading and/or retailing innuendoes, aspersions and hearsays will not wash with thinking Ghanaians. Not with yours truly, at least any way. Those Boakye Agyarko partisans who strongly feel that the man has suffered an egregious and gratuitous wrong have a bounden obligation to put their version of the unvarnished truth in the public domain without any fear of retribution.

After all, wasn't the now-President Akufo-Addo the Lead-Architect of the Repeal of the Criminal Libel Law which has enabled malicious maligners and unconscionable defamers like Messrs. Dominic Jale and “Osafo Kantanka” to get away with the lurid and virulent assassination of the character of President Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo and some of his closest aides, relatives and associates. I have personally written and published more articles and columns defending the integrity of Mr. Boakye Agyarko who, by the way, once called yours truly a “Mad Man,” than have been written and published by Messrs. Jale and “Kantanka” combined. Now you Tofu-headed sorry-assed “Kantanka” must slide out of my way and let me expend my precious time and energy more meaningfully on the discussion of more important issues worthy of national attention. The fact of the matter is that, if you can't even spell my name like the incurable functional illiterate that you have shown yourself to be in your rather pathetically desultory article, chances are that you don't even know how to spell your own name, let alone be psychologically aware of whom you are?
