Stars-Cranes: German Ambassador to support stars


The German Ambassador to Ghana Peter Linda will on Sunday storm Kumasi to render massive support to the senior National Team, the Black Stars in their crucial world cup qualifier against the Cranes of Uganda.

The commercial attaché at the German Embassy, Sabrina Schmidt raveled exclusively to AUTHENTIC KAPITAL SPORTS that the Embassy has concluded all the needed arrangements with the Ministry of Education and Sports for the Ambassador to be accorded all the needed courtesies to ensure that the ambassador gets the right protocol for him to watch the game.

The Minister for Education and Sports, according Madam Schmidt has assured the Embassy of the Ministry's total support to host the Ambassador in Kumasi. She said Germany views Ghana's chances of being at the World Cup for the first time in that country with much interest because of the cordial relationships between the two countries. She said Germany therefore is prepared to render its unflinching support to the Black Stars to qualify for the world cup.

Mr. Peter Linda who arrives in Kumasi early on Sunday is expected to meet the players and the press whiles in Kumasi.
