The youth of Akyem Awisa has congratulated Hon. Yaw Osafo-Marfo for his appointment as a senior Minister.
In a speech delivered on Saturday 18th February, 2017 by the President of Awisa Youth Club (AYOC), Mr. Kwabena Awuakye Kotoko extended felicitations to the new senior minister, Yaw Osafo-Maafo.
He said "we the youth and the people of Awisa thanked His Excellency Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo for having faith in Hon. Yaw Osafo-Marfo and appointing him to serve in his government. We believe that the Senior Minister will bring his rich experience in all aspect of his life on board to help the agenda of the President."
Mr. Samuel Opoku Kusi, an organiser for the club also praised the senior minister and reminded him of how the youth are seriously counting on him to deliver a good job for the people of Ghana.
He added that, the people of Awisa are very proud of him. He also called on him to do all he can to serve the youth since the future belonged to them.
