The three-day workshop, attended by 43 participants, covered topics like: "House Keeping", "Gender and Development", and "Gender and Poverty."

Opening it, Mr. David Bakari, Regional Coordinating Director, noted that improving the livelihood of women would help in the development society.

Madam Agnes Atayilla, Presiding Member of the Municipal Assembly, called on women to take the initiative seriously to promote development.
