The Gbese Mantse, Nii Ayi Bonte II, and the Sakumo Wulomo, Numoo Ogbame III, have been sworn into the Judicial Committee of the Ga Traditional Council.

A High Court Judge, Mustapher Habib Logoh, who performed the swearing in ceremony, challenged the two traditional leaders to work amicably in resolving chieftaincy disputes under their jurisdiction.

He urged them to be neutral in all their adjudications and punctual in the discharge of their duties, adding that they must be 'fair and firm" with the traditional council.

He further informed them that they could also engage their issues at the Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) level. That, he said, would make cases more convenient and amicably solved.

Nii Ayi Bonte II and Numoo Ogbame expressed their commitment to work hard to enhance the image of the Ga State and also to bring development to the people.

The ceremony was witnessed by chiefs, queens, and other traditional leaders of the Ga state.
