Why I hate the TB Joshua Bullshit and that of Other Preachers like Him

Why I hate the TB Joshua Bullshit and that of Other Preachers like Him
21.07.2012 LISTEN

Here it is; a near-perfect definition of a marketable man of God, a man of God who will attract and/or win more and more souls into his ministry: good-looking, a little loud-voiced, somehow meek-mannered, charismatic and above all, able to perform miracles and one of these magical abilities should include the tendency to prophesy or predict worldwide events or mundane ones such as a member of the congregation getting married soon or traveling to live abroad.

Now, dear reader, I am not here to criticize and call TB Joshua false but rather to air my opinion on his prophetic abilities and those of Ghanaian pastors who are also somehow like this Nigerian miracle heavyweight.

Here, we go.

TB Joshua, according to information available on him, is a Nigerian man of God who preaches, prophesies and performs miracles in the name of God Most High. Also, he's noted to have prophesied so many things BEFORE THEY HAPPENED, including the death of Michael Jackson, the death of a Malawian Minister, plane crashes and even teams that came out victorious in certain football matches.

TB Joshua, according to my ignorant and possibly non-spiritual and non-Biblical understanding, is a man of God whose prophesying prowess look more like clairvoyance than God-inspired prophecies. YES. His prophesying powers look more clairvoyance-like than God-inspired.

Wondering why the above assumption? Why this blind assumption? Here, we go again.

A clairvoyant, a according to my personal, parochial understanding, is a person who is able to see things before they happen, but is never definite about them; not even in a least way. And I can tell you that, without doubt, clairvoyance has nothing to do with the God I worship.

Why--there are Satanists who are even clairvoyants and there are a lot of dumb idols and cults in my hometown which are able to predict or (should I say prophesy?) your future or something that will happen to you later on. And they all are oftentimes dead accurate, unless God intervenes.

Even people who are not religious in anyway are capable of pre-cognition or prediction or prophesy. Even idiots like me are capable of pre-cognition at times. YES. But that doesn't make me a prophet of God, or does it?

Now, my dear reader, because of your obvious interest in reading this bullshit of an article; I'll assume that you're a Bible-believer or a little interested in religion. Good.

Grab your Bible, open it and dive in; check out Bible-times prophecies. Most of them are deadly definite, aren't they? What about TB Joshua's prophetic gaffes and those of Ghanaian pastors like him?

I can see a very important person finding her Mr. Right in three months time….there will be a mass killing somewhere, later this month…I can see Ghana defeating Brazil to win the World Cup….a very important person is going to die, sooooooooooooooon……..

Crap. Clueless Crap. Non-prophetic bullshit. But brilliant clairvoyance manifestations, of course.

Also, here are some Ghanaian ones;” I can see someone being healed in the mighty name of Ahurubababa…I can see a woman being touched……Ahurubababa….” Crap.

I actually heard the above on one of our radio stations. Just not sure which station it was; I quickly changed the channel. I hate listening to such demonic bullshits.

The Pastor or preacher, whatever, mentioned that someone was being healed in the name of Ahurubababa. Congratulations to that Pastor. He wasn't interested in falsely using the name of Jesus, thus he chose to use the name of the demon which is the brain and brawn behind his mighty miracles.

Back to TB Joshua. Why is it that you'll never hear or read news like this: TB Joshua PROPHECIES that Michael Jackson will die…….?

But you're likely to hear and read these types: TB Joshua PROPHECIED MJ's death.

Compare his prophecies with those in the Bible or even those of the First Century Church believers. He looks more like a clairvoyant rather than a prophet--to my ignorant understanding, of course.
