OMP fulfils promise

PR and advertising firm Optimum Media Prime (OMP) have been congratulated by the Ghana Football Association (GFA) for fulfilling the promise of paying for the live television broadcast of the home game qualifiers of the Black Stars towards the 2010 World and African Cup.

At an impressive ceremony at the GFA headquarters, Kwesi Nyantekyi, president of the GFA lauded the management of OMP and congratulated them for making the second instalment payment of GH 97,5000 on time.

"We are indeed grateful for your loyalty and commitment to the agreement, this will help the team in diverse ways as they prepare for their second successive World Cup appearance' he said.

He adviced  media houses to contact OMP for further transactions concerning media coverage and rights.

OMP managing director, Ken Ashigbey said they are capable of delivering and should be commended as a Ghanaian company being able to do clean business with the GFA.

He noted the OMP wanted to cushion the financial burden of the GFA and also make sure Ghanaians watch how the Black Stars make it for the second time. Fadi Fatal a top official of OMP told the statesports as the exclusive global media and TV rights holders they hope to relay some of the rights to interested media companies.
