The case in which the Western Regional Branch of the Attorney Generals Department has filed a suit against Andrew Tetteh, the 2005 National Best Fisherman and one Daniel Tetteh, at the Sekondi High Court for allegedly using lighting for fishing, has been adjourned to the 15th of this month.
The presiding Judge, Justice Batsu, adjourned the case on the grounds that all available material and exhibits, as evidence in the case was to be adduced before the Court.
The case has been adjourned on two consecutive times. The first was on the Monday (7th) and the 10th of July 2008.
