Dear University, Polytechnic, Teacher & Nursing Training Gradutes as you embark on your journey into the professional world, allow me to offer some words of caution and advice. The importance of formal and official communication skills cannot be overstated. In a landscape where first impressions matter, the way you express yourself holds significant weight.

It is crucial and highly prudent to abandon shorthand writing, as it can be perceived as not only unprofessional but also disrespectful and immature in the Cooperate enclave. Employers and colleagues may find it displeasing, and it has the potential to hinder effective communication. Clear, articulate expression not only showcases your professionalism but also contributes to a positive and efficient work environment.

Greetings and pleasantries like "Gm," "sup,", "Hbd" and similar abbreviations are highly unacceptable in formal communication. Such informalities may be viewed as a lack of discipline and may compromise the impression you make on others. Opt for more traditional greetings such as "Good morning" or "Hello" to convey a sense of respect and professionalism.

Remember, in the professional world, attention to detail is key. Your communication style reflects your commitment to excellence and your understanding of professional norms. Embrace the art of formal communication, for it is a powerful tool that can open doors and establish your credibility in the workplace. It is imperative to note that once you exit Campus to Corporate, common sense must prompt you to Master Formal Communication for Career Advancement, Good luck in your hunt for employment and remember not to forcibly change music or radio tune when offered a lift, you must humbly request if you want a specific music to be played or a preferred radio program to listen.

Wishing you success in your career endeavors.
