Ever since the Cape Coast North Constituents did Dr. Kwamena Minta Nyarku the honour by voting for him to represent them as Member of Parliament, he has supported them through his various initiatives.

On 9th November, 2021, Dr. Kwamena Minta Nyarku donated 20 bags of cement to the Cape Coast branch of the Ghana National Fire Service.

Mr. Ebenezer Kojo Domey, who is the personal assistant to the MP presented the items. "This is the MP's widow's might to support an important institution such as the Fire Service".

According to him, the Regional Fire Officer, Mr John Amartey, called on the MP to support the construction of a new office for the regional outfit.

He added that the MP has supported all the fire service stations in Cape Coast metropolis and Elmina as well. "All the stations have collectively benefitted from over 128 wellington boots, over 500 face shields, an air-condition, and some undisclosed amounts of money."

Mr Domey stated, "Such institutions need to be equipped to be able to deliver on their mandate. Fire outbreaks are no respecter of persons and we hope this token would go a long way to encourage the Fire Services to help those who shall need their service".

Receiving the donations, Fire Officer DO1 Solomon Oblikey took delivery of the items and thanked the MP for his kind gesture. "We thank the MP for his assistance and hope his help would continue. Such things help to motivate us to do our best".
