The Vice-President, Aliu Mahama (middle), flanked by Mr Kwadwo Baah-Wiredu, Minister of Finance and Economic Planning, Major Courage Quashigah, Minister of Health, Dr Kamran Lamkaram, Minister of Health Treatment and Medical Education, Islamic Republic of Iran, and Sheikh I. C. Quaye, Greater Accra Regional Minister.

This was at the recent presentation of 41 ambulances to the Ministry of Health by the government of Iran.

Presenting the ambulances, Dr Kamran said the health sector was playing a crucial role in promoting quality life for the people and the donation of the ambulances was Iran's contribution.
