Payment Terms
To secure one of these luxury apartments, a reservation deposit of US$20,000
(payable in Ghana Cedis at the prevailing Bank of Ghana rate at the time of payment)
is required. The reservation fee is deducted from the fi nal payment due for the property.
The balance of the purchase price must subsequently be paid in the manner below:
• First installment: Deposit of 25% upon completing the sales
& purchase agreement.
• Second installment: 25% payable six months after fi rst installment.
• Third installment: 25% payable six months after the second installment.
• Fourth installment: 25% representing fi nal payment is due at completion.
For mortgage buyers the terms of payment is US$20,000 for the reservation
deposit, and 25% of the equity contribution after signing the sales & purchase agreement.
The mortgage disbursement is due on completion.
