Angel Town blocks people from reaching Sarkodie – Ras Kuuku wades into rapper’s collaboration snub

Ghanaian reggae-dancehall singer Ras Kuuku, known as the Ghetto Youths President has accused Sarkodie’s manager, Angel Town of being the one behind the rapper’s snubbing attitude towards his colleagues for a feature requests.

Ras Kuuku, who claimed to have had a share of his allegation, said the artist manager is notorious for preventing people from getting closer to Sarkodie.

In an interview on Accra-based TV3, the one-time VGMA reggae-dancehall musician of the year explained that most of the songs sent to Sarkodie are normally rejected by his manager without the rapper’s notice.

"For me straight forward, I will say it’s Angel. It’s Angel who is blocking people from reaching Sarkodie. Me myself, I’ve sent songs to them, and Angel has blocked them. He doesn’t tell Sarkodie what to do, but he blocks the songs from reaching Sarkodie," he alleged.

He continued, "the whole Tema South knows that it is that fat guy; they know it is Angel Town who prevents Sarkodie from responding to colleagues."

Kuuku’s assertion comes on the heels of Samini’s recent complaints about Sarkodie ignoring his feature requests despite agreeing to give him a verse.

Engaging with fans on Twitter, the "Linda" hitmaker said he will never think of doing a song with the BET-winning rapper due to his show-off attitude.
