Naf Kassi who hails from Bogoso console victims of tragic explosive

Ghanian Highlife artiste, Nafisatu Kassim popularly known as Naf Kassi who hails from Bogoso has commiserated with victims and families who lost loved ones in yesterday’s explosion at Appiatse, a town around Bogoso in the Western Region.

She said, “I feel your pain”.

“My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and families of those affected by last night's Explosive Explosion at Appietse near Bogoso. I feel their pain. In our own small way, let's all extend a helping hand to all those affected by the sad incident,” Naf Kassi tweeted.

So far, 13 people have been confirmed dead. 53 others are being treated at various hospitals in and around the Bogoso municipality for various injuries.

Roads around the area have been closed for safety.

Appiatse, a community in Prestea Huni-Valley have been destroyed when a mini cargo caring mining explosive crashed with a motorcycle.
