Midfielder for Obuasi Ashanti Gold, Amos Addai has stressed that he is confident his side will defeat Techiman Eleven Wonders this weekend when they host them on Match Week 3 of the Ghana Premier League.
The Miners boast of one of the best records in the ongoing season after bagging 6 points from their first two matches. While they continue to be tipped as favorite to lift the league title, they will face a difficult challenge on Sunday.
In a pre-match press conference, Ashanti Gold midfielder Amos Addai has given assurance to the fans of the club that they will defeat Techiman Eleven Wonders to ensure they bag all 3 points.
“We assure our fans that this Sunday, we will make them happy with a victory against Eleven Wonders”, Amos Addai.
He further noted that Ashanti Gold has been preparing very well since Monday and is ready for the challenge of their opponent.
“First of all, we have six points from two games, it because we were very prepared for the season. This is our third match, we have prepared really well. Starting from Monday till today Friday", the midfielder said.
The encounter between Ashgold and Eleven Wonders will be played at the Len Clay Sports Stadium on Sunday, January 12, 2020.
