Accra Hearts of Oak fans on Sunday vented their spleen on some management members of the club when the club drew 1-1 with Bechem United at the Baba Yara Stadium.
According to the spokesperson for the club, Kwame Opare Addo the club’s administrative manager, Hackman Aidoo and others were attacked in Kumasi by their fans.
This according to our sources had to do with the inconsistency of results in the ongoing campaign and the fans were in high hopes of getting the three points against the Bechem based side but they failed to achieve that feat.
Aidoo’s life was saved by the security men present at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium and was safely escorted by the security men out of the Stadium as he escaped being lynched.
Meanwhile, these hooligans have promised to repeat this behaviour when Hearts play Kotoko in Kumasi on Sunday, 29th April 2018.
