Agyeman Badu Kotoko's desire to sign on national and Berekum Arsenal schemer cum midfielder, Agyeman Badu seems bleak as more clubs have joined the race for the signature of the prolific finisher.

Information reaching DAILY GUIDE SPORTS indicates that Alborg of Denmark and Ennyimba FC of Nigeria are the latest clubs that have joined the chase for the player.

Whilst Alborg has invited the player for trials, Ennyimba FC, according to sources, has tabled a mouthwatering offer for the outright purchase of Badu.

Badu's impressive showing in Ghana's 0-0 draw with Nigeria in the CHAN qualifiers last Sunday culminated in Ennyimba showing interest in him.

Though Badu is reported to be happy about the development, sources noted that the player wishes to don the red jersey of Kotoko for at least one season before he departs from the country to seek greener pastures outside.

Meanwhile, Badu has confirmed the report in an interview, noting that it is his dream to join the Porcupine Warriors this season.

The national star thus entreated Kotoko management to hasten things with his employers to enable him joined them.

In a related development, Jerry Asare, Operations Director of Asante Kotokoto has said that Kotoko is ready to sign on Badu, adding that it was one Ibrahim who was dragging his feet in line with that.

He appealed to Ibrahim who is reported to be in charge of Badu to cooperate so as to enable Kotoko register Badu.  From I.F. Joe Awuah Jnr., Kumasi
