Veteran cyclist, Sky Malula has added her voice to the call for a peaceful atmosphere during the forthcoming Presidential elections run-off scheduled for Sunday, December 28.

Malula embarked on a cycling tour of Accra on November 21 through the other nine regions before finishing at Paga on December 4 to preach peace during the general elections.

The Cyclist told GNA Sports that she plans to launch a Video CD of the tour on December 20, where she will present copies to the presidential candidates of the two political parties contesting the presidency; New Patriotic Party (NPP) and National Democratic Congress.

She said the fact that she rode day and night affirms her support for peace.

The Cyclist explained that she called on the traditional authorities of major towns during her tour and they all confirmed their support towards the campaign. Malula appealed to corporate institutions and individuals to support her cause.
