Hearts of Oak has rescheduled its highly anticipated 6th Annual General Meeting (AGM), initially slated for Thursday, March 28, 2024.

In a statement released by the club's management on Wednesday, unforeseen circumstances have necessitated the postponement of the event.

The AGM will now take place on Thursday, April 4, 2024, commencing at 9:00 am. Despite the change in date, the venue remains unchanged, with the meeting still scheduled to be held at the Civil Service Auditorium-Ministries in Accra.

"We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause," stated Accra Hearts of Oak in their announcement.

The AGM serves as a pivotal platform for the club to address various on-field and off-field matters, providing stakeholders with an opportunity to discuss the club's operations and future trajectory.

Among the key items on the agenda is the confirmation of newly appointed members and the inauguration of the new board.

The recently established board, headed by Executive Board Chairman Togbe Afede XIV, comprises notable figures such as Vincent Sowah Odotei, Dr. Nyaho Nyaho Tamakloe, Delali Anku Adiamah, Prof Agyemang Badu Akosa, Akwasi Agyeman, Ing. Dr. Kenneth Ashigbey, Mrs. Ivy Heward-Mills, and Samuel Wilfred Yaw Inkoom.
