Milovan Rajevac expected in Ghana on Monday to take charge of vacant Black Stars coaching job

Serbian coach, Milovan Rajevac will be in Ghana on Monday, September 20, 2021, to sign a deal to become the new head coach of the Black Stars, Modernghana Sports has learned.

This come on the back of a report last week that indicated that the Ghana Football Association (GFA) has agreed a deal with the Serbian tactician for the vacant coaching job of the national team.

Today, information picked from sources indicate that coach Milovan has booked a flight to Ghana and should arrive before or after midnight.

In any case, he should be in the capital city, Accra on Monday. Subsequently after having a rest, he will meet up with the Executive Council of the Ghana FA where final terms of his two-year contract will be discussed.

Checks have also revealed that later on, coach Milovan Rajevac will have a meeting with the Minister in charge of Youth and Sports before inking the offered contract that will see him earning $45,000 at the end of every month.

For his immediate task, he will be expected to lead Ghana to back to back wins in October when the Black Stars face Zimbabwe in a double-header clash in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
