Aduana Stars head coach Paa Kwesi Fabin has argued that he will need not less than five players to be able to compete for the ongoing Ghana Premier League title.

Despite the torrid start of the season have redefined their form under Paa Kwasi Fabin.

The two-time league champions currently sit second in the Ghana Premier League league log.

Following their all-important win against Asante Kotoko on Sunday, Fabin insisted his team cannot be deemed contenders for the title because they lack squad depth.

“We need not less than 5 new players to be considered title contenders in the league,” Fabin said.

“For now, we are not [contenders]; we are just trying to find our rhythm. But definitely, we need to reinforce if we want to be counted as contenders for the league title,” Fabin concluded.
