‘Peoplekind’ not ‘Mankind’ is appropriate, joked Prime Minister Justin Trudeau at a recent town hall in Canada. This exhibition of his alliance with feminism, and new sets of gender neutral words or sentences are a conscious effort at equality for women, with men.

His remark came after the highly publicized, harassment culture of powerful men, prompting more women to speak up and men wearing Time’s up pins in solidarity.

Feminism is getting stronger, ostracizing misogynism. Feminists are emerging at workplaces, in schools, public sphere, and in private. Feminism is a positive word.

Feminism is great as a force against misogynism and associative behaviors. Feminism is the goal not the problem. It is different from racism, one word, the problem and no known positive alternative. Say NO to Racism, don’t be racist, etc., are ambiguous terms, associated with the negative and easily thrown around, without nuances.

From the time of the civil rights movement, subsequent legislation, shaming, inclusion, integration, diversity and desegregation, it seemed at high points of those that racism was falling. It has really not, and the word racism with no positive alternative is a problem too.

The war on racism seemed to be the least creative, regarding terms, and intellectual battles, because focus had been on protests and public dressing-down, not needed private change. LGBT became forceful in terms, new definitions, positive alternatives and thoughtful opinions after the Supreme Court victory, eclipsing ‘no racism’ in acceptance, especially in private.

Although, racism seem harder to fight than either sexuality discrimination or misogynism, since some of the recipients are white. But racial equality push would have done better with tactical intelligence than many years of been on the same circle and zero.

BLM has been helpful in some aspects, but there is need for Black Thoughtful Volcano, Black Intellectualism, Black Positivity, or Black Legit, or whatever else will mirror Dr. King’s dreams on another battlefield.

In many places around the world, black people are hated. Being black and seeing the color, is a reminder to be on guard, and for those young innocent black people leading their lives in cosmopolitan cities, it hurts to be painted with this broad-brush.

There are lots of black news media, black groups, black forums, and young black leaders, but what is expected in order to fight the enemies within and those who continue to make blacks the faces of horror is yet to be done.

There is a lot of lawlessness perpetuated by young people anywhere, but because there is few striking black positive news, when black people do, it is a problem for other blacks.

There is need for Black Ten Commandments.
There is need for more back channels to reach black people in major cities, or in communities to reach each other around the world, on these tips.

There is need for more black business stars who can go on to become CEOs or tech magnate at major companies. There is need to ensure that fairly new Asian immigrants who have come to the United States do not overtake black people in scale of preference for those qualified for major positions in Corporate America.

Those who are activists need to find new intellectual activists and find new words for black positive and the cause. Stay Woke is vague and applied to activism in general.

The racism people face in private lives needs to be under the microscope of thoughtful paths to save others from this huge torture.

There has to be a word for a young black person who is not a criminal but pursuing a career and totally law abiding.

There has to be a word for those who want to show solidarity with black equality.

There has to be a word – not racist – to point to some actions or words some people may speak that may be offensive, if inadvertent.

There has to be a flag for black racial equality, not a flag mentioning racism.

There has to also be the counsel that everything is not racism. There are white on white contention, and there are qualifications for many positions based on credentials.

There also has to be the true talk of what the communities should do, for new blacks in cities, and existing ones, especially on how to stay out of trouble and focus on values that matter.

The world is used to judging black people by the worst examples; so one black crime or bad black news affects other young people.

Many people are not as worst as blacks are thought of but to get out of this mess, there needs to be more rigorous intellectualism, not solely, the also necessary culture talk,or fashion, history, entertainment, or certain off mission banal moves to be heard or seen.

Feminism is better as a word and for the cause. There has to be positive non charged words for black racial equality, not racist or racism.
