Happy Mothers' Day; Are Our Mothers Indeed Happy????

As we celebrate mothers' day this sunday i reflect my mind on how we treat women and what we can boast of regarding to motherhood......

Women get pregnant and go to the hospitals to give birth after their 9 months journey of suffering, with their passion and good intention to deliver a bouncing baby girl or boy and give the baby a kiss on the forehead, frustrations now set in all because of "dumsor". Some of these special women on labour dies and others lose their innocent babies.

Some healthworkers attitude towards mothers (pregnant women) are also uncalled for, making mothers psychologically and emotionally sick. Some Healthworkers hardly smile with pregnant women who have defaulted and those who come in for Antenatal care. Smiling heals a lot and I think healthworkers must know that and work on it. Despite the frustration and bad working conditions the healthworkers also go through they should still smile.

Some of them need to go through surgery called Ceasarian Section before they and their babies can be saved. In the process of this surgery "dumsor" occurs , standby generator also fails because they are damaged by the "dumsor", and God needs to do miracle at that moment. Healthworkers become frustrated and even lose hope, some even begin to cry.

The only thing we could boast of; NHIS and Free Antenatal care too are no more effective as pregnant women buy some of the drugs and pay something for their care.

I ask all members of social media especially those who are rich , how many of us have donated "generators or plants" to a hospital or sponsor a day fuel for a hospital generator to save lives of these innocent mothers? not to talk of incubators to save the lives of their babies, but I further ask what is the use of incubators when there is always "dumsor" at the hospitals while there is no "generator" or fuel to power the generator?

Vicinities of President, Vice President, Ministers, Deputy Ministers, ECG Bosses do not experience dumsor yet they have 2 to 3 standby generators in their homes as idols worshipping them.......this is what I call "WICKEDNESS".

WITCHES AND WIZARDS are abundant in Ghana and Africa and they use their power for evil things instead of good things. Are these people important than the lives of these innocent mothers and their babies??? If no then why cant ECG ensure 24/7 electrical supply to all hospitals and supply dumsor to the president, Vice, Ministers, ECG bosses and cohorts...............I congratulate one Journalist who has initiated this "incubator project".

I thank my sweet mother for sacrificing a lot all to get me "Kofi Babone" on track towards bright future. She is indeed a woman with womb, a woman full of passion, a woman who can go on hunger strike and give her last cake to her Children. My Justice and Fairness attitude comes from her blood. I love you mother.

To all mothers who have helped me in any means especially Maa Doris who is My mothers' sister, Maa Matina, the previous accountant at KNMTC, Maa Joyce, the accountant at Obuasi Post Office, Auntie Emma, Dr Linda VanOtoo, the regional director of health, greater accra, and many others, you are so special and I love you all........

To all women in Ghana and Africa I love you much and will forever respect and adore all women I meet in life except those women who are cowards and dump their babies into gutters and the likes.

MotherGhana I love you, though the children you gave birth to are mismanaging you and has caused your blindness with partisan politics.

As we advocate for "dumsormuststop" to save lives of innocent pregnant women in labour so as their babies, some of your own Children are insulting us all because of partisan politics. MotherGhana please kindly have mercy on the souls of these people mismanaging you and insulting your advocates for they are lost and dont know what they are doing.

I end my write up by advising all healthworkers to smile and give cheerful facial expression towards patients especially women (pregnant women) no matter how frustrated you are.

I advice the ECG to think twice to supply power 24/7 to all hospitals to save lives and send their dumsor to the vicinities the ministers and co since they are not better than the lives of women in labour.

I also plea philanthropists to assist hospitals to save lives of mothers in labour by sponsoring fuel to power generators, donating generators to hospitals without generator but please follow up your donated items since most of your donated items do not reach your target group and are not used for the purpose of donation.
