Mr Michael Kofi Mensah, District Chief Executive, urged the three other contestants who had lost to team up with Mr Otchere in his campaign to win the seat and to win votes for President Kufuor in the presidential election. The Eastern Regional Chairman of the party Nana Adi Ankamah commended the party executives in the constituency for organising the primaries in a transparent manner. He urged them to work under one umbrella and undertake house-to-house campaigns to win more voters.
