Ghana's problems are not resolved with good words and platitude. When I started reading your write up I thought you were going to highlight anything in terms of policy that she has articulated but you have used the space offered you to throw empty words. Come again and explain or throw more light on her achievements as Vice Chancellor of UCC or the Ministry of Education. Ghana has problems because people she spends her money on in higher education turn up to be power points graduates like you Mr...
