The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has officially kicked off "Operation 100 Thousand Votes" for the Trobu Constituency in the Greater Accra Region ahead of the December elections.

The launch took place during the unveiling of the parliamentary candidate for Trobu constituency, Gloria Owusu, at a Thanksgiving rally held on Sunday.

The event drew hundreds of enthusiastic party members, all coming together to show their unwavering support for the NPP and its candidate.

Addressing the rally, Madam Owusu highlighted the remarkable achievements of the NPP government and outlined the party's ambitious vision for the future. She emphasized the crucial need for unity within the party, urging all members to collaborate closely to secure a resounding victory in the 2024 elections.

"This marks a new beginning for our party and our country. We must stand united in our mission to make Ghana a better place for all. Let us work tirelessly towards achieving 100,000 votes for Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and Gloria Owusu in the Trobu Constituency," she declared.

Madam Owusu also expressed her heartfelt gratitude to the people of the Trobu constituency for their steadfast support throughout the years.

The event was graced by prominent party figures and opinion leaders, including the Chief of Aladjo, Nii Armah Adjor II. Among the notable attendees were John Boadu, the Director General for SIGA and Former National General Secretary of the Party, regional executives, constituency executives, and other key stakeholders in the constituency.
