The Ashanti Regional Chairman for Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association (GRNMA) Mr. Jones Afriyie-Anto was called to bar by the General Legal Counsel during the 60th enrollment onto the Roll of Lawyers, held on Friday, 20th October, 2023.

He joined over 1,000 candidates who successfully passed their professional law examination, organized by the Ghana School of Law held at the Accra International Conference Centre.

Mr. Jones Afriyie-Anto doubles as the Chairman of GRNMA Load Board and has presently been certified by the GLC to begin his legal profession in the country.

A press statement issued on 23rd October 2023 and signed by the Ashanti Regional Public Relations Officer for GRNMA Mr. Haruna Yakubu congratulated Mr. Jones Afriyie-Anto for his new achievement.

“The Ashanti regional branch of the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association is elated to announce to the teaming members and all and sundry that, the indefatigable Chairman “Digital Chairman” Mr. Jones Afriyie-Anto has been called to the bar.

The Nursing fraternity is so proud of you for joining the few nurses and midwives to attain this feat,” the press statement read.

Mr. Jones Afriyie-Anto served as PRO for four years, 1st Vice Chairman for eight years and has served as the chairman from the year 2016 till date, all for the Ghana Registered Nurses and Midwives Association.
