The BBC, like most Western Mainstream Media, is busy blabbering about how Afghanistan was “lost.”
One of the biggest problems I faced when I lived in Europe was how to abide the people insufferable gratuitous sense of entitlement.
It is perhaps only Europeans who can answer the question: How can you lose what didn’t belong to you?
The BBC has been parading legions of “experts,” none of whom raise the pertinent question: What were we doing in Afghanistan to begin with?
Or to employ a more scatological phraseology: What the fuck were we doing in Afghanistan?
Another one of the problems I have with Europeans is their attempt to promote their value systems to the level of universal praxis.
Never the one to be humble, the European goes around the world to lecture, hector, evangelize with Old Testament zealotry!
He then throws tantrums like a demented child when someone ask him why he cannot solve his own problems before he gallivants around the world to peddle solutions!
No, Mr. Imperialist Europe, you didn’t lose Afghanistan; it never belonged to you.
