Gone are the days where flowers were considered the simple image of an unadulterated and genuine friendship of affection. Ladies use to acknowledge flowers a lot, especially from someone they considered a lover or a friend. Blossoms or Flowers are exceptional as they reflect the love and the true meaning of life.

Well, it is unfortunate to note that, the flowers today in Ghana, are of no value as compared to some time ago. Most ladies dream of car keys, iPhones, Brazilian hair, diamond rings, and other expensive and more valuable items as a symbol of love.

The guys would agree with me that, love got a price in this present day. No money… no love. But come to think of it, can flowers make a woman truly happy or money does? I see movies today and women appear to appreciate flowers a lot to the extent, one can actually feel the love in the air. Or maybe, it’s just a movie to give us the mood.

Flowers have a distinctive representation of unspoken words, see what I discovered; Lily Calyx is a specialist on everything plant and an enthusiastic orchid collector. How extraordinary is it now and the season of old. I cannot but ponder, is it that women have grown wiser or the babies born today are from a totally different planet? Oh no, I think the world just got smaller with the economic hardship sinking in, the financial pressure from family and friends, the bills… more bills… and more and more bills and the burning desire to fit into a particular class. I blame them all.

In any case,
Flowers are beautiful gifts to man, but
Flowers don’t put food on the table,
Flowers don’t raise children,
Flowers won’t get you that degree to become a dream doctor.

Women will always appreciate some beautiful flowers once a while, but they would appreciate the whole of you if you add a little bit of that money-touch. Some believe money can buy love, true/false?… The conclusion of the matter is money sure does solve some life problems.

I don’t know about you, but I choose both Money and Flowers.
