Ghanaian Afrobeats singer Kelvyn Brown, better known by his stage name Kelvyn Boy, has shared how he deals with his mental well-being.

The "Down Flat" hitmaker said he occasionally engages in "therapeutic" activities such as going to the beach and spending time watching movies to keep his mental health in check.

In a sit-down conversation on Accra-based 3 Music TV's Culture Daily Live, the former Burniton music signee noted that he has no therapist on his team but values his mental health.

"I don't have a therapist in my team or a medical professional, but I have people to talk to and I have things that I do that are therapeutic.

"I go to the beach; it's therapeutic. I do watch movies. There are things I do. I definitely will go to the beach with someone; why would I want to go to the beach alone? I am not a fisherman," he detailed.

He made the statement in response to a question from a co-host on whether he has on his management team a health professional or psychologist who helps him when he is stressed or mentally unstable.
