We discussed the days of the erstwhile ANNUAL LEISURE MUSIC & ARTS AWARDS to honour local talents as well as the hosting and organization of the PAN-AFRICAN ARTS AND MUSIC AWARDS (PAFAM '90) hosted at the Trade Fair Centre in 1990 under the auspices of the Organization of African Unity (OAU).
