Nana Mandela celebrates 68th birthday amidst praises and worship

The "Mandela House" located at Kumasi Atasomanso in the Ashanti Region was filled to capacity on Sunday 8th August 2021, amidst praises and worship when the owner of the house, Nana Bonsu affectionately called "Mandela" celebrate his 68th birthday to glorify God.

The unique and well-attended function which was witnessed by a section of top-ranking politicians, media practitioners, religious leaders, businessmen and women, local and international scholars among people from all walks of life was presided over by a renowned Kumasi-based man of God, Pastor Samuel Ofosu Gyeabour Pastor in charge of the Church of God, 7th Day sited at Kumasi Kwadaso Edwinase.

Briefing the teaming participants during service time amidst cool praises and worship gospel songs, Nana Bonsu affectionately called Mandela expressed his joy and gratitude to the Almighty God of whose power, will, mercies and protection he has been able to reach 68 years on earth and further thankful to God for his continuous good health and peaceful existence.

Nana Mandela observed that a journey of 68 years with various challenges cannot be taken for granted.

He stressed that in this era of social, economic and physical temptations, it is not all people who get the opportunity to live up to 68 in the society, except the Father's intervention.

Asked to react about the secret of his long life, Nana Bonsu linked himself to God-fearing, soberness, law abiding, respect to both the young and elderly people without discrimination and a person who believes in transparency and truthfulness.

Nana Mandela who has worked extensively on the global scene as a successful businessman with an excellent track record believes that since God is a life-giver, Ghanaians would collectively change from their bad ways and build a stable state to attract God's mercy for longer life.

The chairman for the occasion, Pastor Gyeabour wished Nana Mandela well and happy 68th birthday with the hope that the good Lord will guide and grant him His mercies to live longer in the years ahead of him.
