He is the founder of World Inspiring Network, a registered Nonprofit Organization that helps rural children to gain access to quality education, trains, and empowers the youth, and also raises the bar when it comes to women empowerment.

Maxwell is also the founder of Maxibern Digital, a leading IT firm in Ghana specializing in Website Design, Corporate Branding, and Digital Marketing. The team at Maxibern Digital uses creativity and innovation to help start-ups and existing businesses grow and expand by providing them with top-notch digital solutions.

Recognized as the Male Student Entrepreneur of the Year in 2018 and the Male Service Provider of the Year in 2019 by the Young Entrepreneurs and CEO Awards, Maxwell Odonkor also serves as the Ye! Community Advisor for the International Trade Center. The ‪Ye!‬ Community, an initiative of the International Trade Center (ITC). ‪Ye! Community is an online community for young entrepreneurs between 15 and 35 years old. ‪Ye! connects young entrepreneurs around the world and links them to various tools, resources, and opportunities to support the growth of their startups.

Coming from a deprived home as a farmer’s son, Maxwell Odonkor developed the passion to go into Cocoa farming when he was at level 200 at Pentecost University where he obtained his first degree in BSc. Logistics and Supply Chain Management. Maxwell now serves as the Chief Executive Officer for Odonkor Farms, a registered farm in the Eastern Region of Ghana that currently has over 26 acres of Cocoa farm and much more.

He is an objective critical thinker, a patient, hardworking, and humble servant of God, a student counselor, and a visionary leader who is passionate about things of God. He gives respect to all and is therefore the friend of everybody.
